Our company offers tickets for a broad spectrum of events. We are not affiliated with Ticketmaster, Live Nation, or any other box office or venue. Additionally, we are not licensed by any promoter, stadium, theatre, hotel, sports team, or sporting association. Elite Entertainment has consistently delivered the highest consistency of service to its clients since its inception. Once a client receives a confirmation of sale from Elite Entertainment, we guarantee the authenticity of all tickets and that you'll receive the tickets you requested in time for the event. Any and all copyrights, trademarks, or trade names used within our web sites are for descriptive purposes only. We do not act on the authority or official permission of any of the above mentioned entities. We are able to provide availability of tickets or event access through our various contacts and sources.

Our ticket prices are often higher than the face value of the tickets and reflect the effort and costs of obtaining and reselling the tickets. The following purchase policies are presented to facilitate your understanding of and satisfaction with the purchase process with Elite Entertainment. Elite Entertainment will make every effort to fill your ticket order as soon as possible. However, because each event holder has varying ticket release policies, Elite Entertainment reserves the right to fill your order up to the week of the event. Elite Entertainment reserves the right to upgrade seating at no additional cost to the client. In the rare instance of a downgrade, the client will be notified prior to seats being downgraded. If for any reason the client does not receive the ticket(s) as identified in the confirmation, Elite Entertainment will immediately substitute a comparable or better ticket(s) for the same market demand price, or refund the client's money. Note: This guarantee only applies for events that occur within the continental United States. For events taking place outside the continental United States, a 100% refund will be issued for undelivered tickets. Payment Methods Elite Entertainment accepts several methods of payment including American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover and PayPal. *All prices are in U.S. dollars.* Pricing and Availability

Elite Entertainment Partners, LLC is a private ticket agency not affiliated with Ticketmaster, Live Nation, or any other box office or venue. The price printed on the ticket may not be the sale price. The sale price may include a substantial service charge that reflects the cost of obtaining, reselling, and delivering the tickets. All sales are made by Elite Entertainment Partners, LLC. The order will be placed and the consideration will be paid in the State of Georgia and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Tickets are bought and sold at open market prices that are subject to change at any time. Convenience and Handling Charges Tickets purchased from Elite Entertainment will be subject to a 5% per ticket, non-refundable handling charge. Cancelled Events If an event is cancelled we will provide a full refund for the sale price minus any handling and shipping charges; however, if a show is cancelled and refunds are not offered by the box office or venue, then we will not provide a refund. If an event is cancelled for any reason due to an act of God (rain out, earthquake, flood, etc.), a strike, protest, lockout, catastrophic events (i.e. acts of terror), or incidents of national security, we will not provide a refund or exchange for the tickets. Tickets eligible for a refund must be returned to the office within 7 days of the announcement of the cancellation of the event. It is recommended to send the tickets via certified mail or a carrier that can provide proof of delivery to you. Send tickets to: Elite Entertainment Partners, LLC - 1244 Techwood Drive, NW, Atlanta, GA 30318. Please be sure to include a detailed letter with the following pertinent information: Name, Company, Invoice Number, and Date of Ticket Purchase. Tickets may also be presented in person in our office on weekdays between the hours of 9:30 am and 5:30 pm. All shipping charges and handling charges are not refundable. Postponed Events If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the tickets will be honored for the new date of the show. New tickets will not need to be issued. If you are unable to make the new date we will accept the tickets back from you on a consignment basis only. You will receive 100% of the amount that we sell them for up to the price that you paid. Announcements can take the following form to indicate a rescheduled or postponed event including, but not limited to local newspapers, local radio, our website, a team/ artist website, or a venue website. Elite Entertainment is acting only as a ticket broker or agent to facilitate the availability, sale, and delivery of the admission tickets to the event. Elite Entertainment is not a promoter or manager of the event, and, therefore, assumes no responsibility or liability for the staging of the event. All sales are final and all ticket orders will be subject to these conditions. Refunds and Exchanges Elite Entertainment is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Tickets can only be returned on a consignment basis where you would get the amount that we resell them for, less a consignment fee, up to the amount that you paid for them.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS WILL NOT BE REPLACED. IF AN EVENT IS RESCHEDULED, TICKETS PURCHASED ARE VALID FOR THE RESCHEDULED EVENT DATE ONLY. Shipping Policies and Will Call Elite Entertainment requires a signature on all deliveries. To ensure a signature, all deliveries are made using an express courier service. These deliveries are sent to the billing address on the cardholder's credit card. If you have any specific delivery requirements, please make those arrangements when you place your order. The billing address will be verified with your credit card company. The purchaser must use the exact billing address indicated on the consumer's credit card statements. Should you require that the order be shipped to an alternate address we will require a charge authorization from the cardholder. This includes a signed copy of the charge authorization form combined with legible copies of the cardholder's driver's license and the credit card that was charged for the purchase. Delivery Pricing US and international Express delivery options will be shipped via FedEx. All delivery times are subject to availability in your delivery area. Any other special delivery requirements can be quoted as requested. Electronic Tickets: Emailable and eTickets $4.95 Continental United States: Standard 3 day delivery $13 Standard 2 day delivery $15 Standard Overnight delivery (Next business day by 4:00 pm) $20 Priority Overnight delivery (Next business day by 12:00 pm) $25 Saturday delivery $35 Will Call Pickup Occasionally, tickets are held at the venue for will call. In this case, the client will need to present a driver’s license or picture identification for pickup.

Ticket Availability - Some seats that appear on our Web site are not stocked by Elite Entertainment. They belong to a "shared" inventory and should be available but, in some rare cases, may be sold before an order can be processed. If that situation occurs, you will be notified within 24-hours and will be offered comparable seating options.
